Our aim: "To develop a neuro-navigation system that by being affordable, quick and simple to use, can bring accuracy, efficiency and safety benefits to neurosurgical operations undertaken daily in every neurosurgical unit around the world."

Eagle Eye Neuro Navigation has been formed to further develop a Microsoft HoloLens-based augmented-reality surgical navigation system to assist in neurosurgical operations. It is being designed and developed by UK neurosurgeons. Building on previous proof-of-concept research undertaken in collaboration with Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, we are in the process of further developing the technology with a view to clinical testing and potential commercialisation.
